This special cruise starts in Copenhagen, Denmark then visits Oslo, Norway and the Oslo Fjords before heading to the British Isles portion of your cruise. Between our land tour and our cruise, you will experience Scotland, Ireland, Wales and England. From our ship you can visit the Scottish Highlands, Lock Ness, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin, Cork and London. To your cruise we included TWO full days of touring that includes Wales, LDS Church history sites, Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, a tour of London and so much more. In addition to everything above, the ship makes a stop at the Normandy Landing Beaches.

Itinerary (subject to change)
Day 1: September 12: Fly
Fly from the US to Copenhagen Denmark.
Day 2: September 13: Copenhagen
Arrive Copenhagen Denmark your transfer and hotel are included in your price. For those that have purchased our optional shore excursion and tour package, you will be doing a guided tour of Copenhagen including the church that has the original Christus that the LDS Church copied and placed on Temple Square.
Day 3: September 14: Copenhagen - Ship
For those that purchased our Optional shore excursion package, you will visit the country side outside of Copenhagen, take a beautiful drive along the sea and visit the beautiful Frederiksberg Castle, which we consider to be one of the 5 best castles in the world. Later this afternoon we will board our beautiful Royal Caribbean ship and set sail this evening to Oslo.
Day 4: September 15: Oslo, Norway
This morning early our ship will sail through the beautiful Oslo Fjord on our way into Oslo. For those that purchased our Optional shore excursion package, you will have a full Day tour of Oslo that will include the Viking Museum. The highlight of the day will be the Open Air Museum - Norway has gathered ancient homes, farm houses, schools, churches (even a Stave Church) from around Norway and created an authentic open air museum. Much like Plymouth Plantation near Boston and Williamsburg in Virginia, it is stepping back in time where everyone dresses as they did hundreds of years ago.
Day 5: September 16: Fun Day at Sea
Today you have a full day to relax and enjoy your beautiful ship. We will also have our own get-together with everyone and hear from our special educator: Wayne Brickey.
Day 6: September 17: Inverness – Scottish Highlands
The ship docks near Inverness at the top of Scotland today. For those that have purchase our Optional shore excursion package, we plan to spend a fantastic day driving through the Scottish highlands. We will stop at Eilean Donan Castle near the Isle of Sky and then back inland to Loch Ness to look for the Lock Ness Monster. We will also stop at the Urquhart Castle often called the Lock Ness Castle before returning to the ship.
Day 7: September 18: Fun Day at Sea
Today you have a full day to relax and enjoy your beautiful ship. We will also have our own get-together with everyone and hear from our special educator: Wayne Brickey.
Day 8: September 19: Glasgow – Edinburgh
Today our ship docks about 45 minutes outside of Glasgow. For those that purchase our Optional Shore Excursion package, we will drive to Edinburgh for our tour. Glasgow is not that great, but Edinburgh is fantastic. We will take the whole day to enjoy Edinburgh. We will have morning tour of the city, including Edinburgh Castle. Sir Walter Scott created the mystique of the Scottish clans here and there is monument to this famous Scott. Edinburgh is also the city of Greyfriars Booby and J.K. Rowling who wrote Harry Potter from the upstairs window of a local pub. You will enjoy Edinburgh Castle and have time to walk and explore the Royal Mile before returning to the ship.
Day 9: September 20: Dublin, Ireland
Today the ship will dock about ½ hour out of Dublin Ireland. For those that purchased our Optional shore excursion package we will spend a full day touring the area. We will start by a visit to the ancient Monastery of Glendalough located south of Doublin. The history of Ireland is deeply intertwined with Christian Monasteries and the inspiring story of Saint Patrick. It would be difficult to imagine a setting more peaceful. You will have time to walk the ruins and sit by the lakes or walk the footpaths one trod by Irish monks whose labors saved much of Western Civilization during the dark centuries follow the fall of Rome and the barbarian invasions that swept over Europe. We will then turn to Dublin to visit Trinity College home of the Book of Kells, a beautifully illuminated manuscript of the New Testament and the greatest treasure of Ireland. We will also visit the Trinity Library, one of the most beautiful library’s in the world before returning to the ship.
Day 10: September 21: Cork, Ireland
Our ship docks today about 45 minutes out of Cork. For those that have purchased our Optional shore excursion package, we will head into Cork with our tour including the Blarney castle. This is your chance to kiss the famous Blarney Stone.
Day 11: September 22: Fun Day at Sea
Today you have a full day to relax and enjoy your beautiful ship. We will also have our own get-together with everyone and hear from our special educator: Wayne Brickey
Day 12: September 23: Normandy Coast
Today the ship docks at Cherbourg France along the Normandy Coast. For those that purchased our Optional shore excursion package, we will spend the day visiting the Normandy Landy beaches, including Omaha Beach. We will also visit the American Cemetery located above the Landing beaches before returning to our ship.

Day 13: September 24: Southampton – Church History – London
Today is included in your cruise package. We depart early this morning from our ship and head stop at Stonehenge before reaching southern Wales and our stop at Tintern Abby. We will the spend time visiting significant LDS church history sites before heading to London where we will overnight. Your hotel is included in the cruise package.
Day 14: September 25: London – Windsor Castle
Our included tour includes a city tour of London in the morning and a visit to one of the homes of the Queen of England – Windsor Castle. You will have plenty of time to explore the castle, before we return to our included hotel.
Day 15: September 26: Fly Home
This morning we will transfer to the airport to catch our flight back the US and on to our homes.
